1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with Gleame ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate and complete information when you check out.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. Results such as softer hair or skin can differ from person to person depending on your water, hair and skin. Our shower head is a water filter, not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund anything you've paid in full.

6. Promotions and discounts

Promotions, such as our Buy 2 bundle saving, apply only while they are shown on the site and can't be exchanged for cash. Unless we say otherwise, promotions can't be combined.

7. Delivery

Delivery times and details are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our 30-day money-back guarantee, the 7-day cooling-off period and our 6-month warranty are set out in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

9. Installation and use

Please follow the installation instructions and use the product only as intended. We aren't responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or fitting the product to plumbing it isn't designed for.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit any liability that can't be limited under South African law.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Gleame or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our privacy policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
