Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days of being placed. Now and then, during busy periods, public holidays or in outlying areas, delivery can take up to 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout, including complex, unit or building details where needed. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we may need to charge the cost of sending it again.

Delays

Courier delays are rare but can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, email us at support@gleameco.co.za with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy for details.
